Battling Distractions While You Work: Top Tips From Twitter
I asked the Twitterosphere how they dealth with distractions today. I did it for this post, but I had a personal reason for asking as well.

Today was supposed to be an easy work day for me. I had my schedule set up (or, so I thought) and even had time worked in for an outing with my daughter. Then . . . it happened. I couldn't open a client's attachment and I had a project due for that same client. To top it off, Twitter kept going down. All of the sudden my easy day looked tougher.

One entry per transaction - that's single-entry bookkeeping.

This is what most of us are familiar with, so this is how many of us start.

Are You Frustrating Your Customers?
A recent experience really opened my eyes to the importance of Customer Service.

This morning I had to contact a few businesses. In nearly every case, I was trying to get payment details so that I could send the business money. In every case, I was unable to get through to speak to a live person and had to leave a message so that I could get a call back.
