I'm a big fan of working smarter and, in general, doing things more efficiently. So, when I was offered the opportunity to review The Art of Smart Thinking by Dr. James V. Hardt, I agreed. After all, who wouldn't be interested in the opportunity to learn about getting things done smarter, or at least that's what I thought.
I definitely feel that most of us have areas where we need to improve and learn to be more efficient. When I began to read the book, however, I discovered that it's not quite something that I could get into. Dr. Hardt has patented a brain wave neuro-feedback technology (which sounds a lot like biofeedback to me), and this book is about the benefits of that technique. Continue Reading |
