I was recently given the opportunity to review a new book for women about how to launch a business, so naturally I'm sharing my discoveries about the book here at Work From Home Momma. The book is titled Birthing the Elephant and it was written by Karin Abarbanel and Bruce Freeman.

I'm a big fan of working smarter and, in general, doing things more efficiently. So, when I was offered the opportunity to review The Art of Smart Thinking by Dr. James V. Hardt, I agreed. After all, who wouldn't be interested in the opportunity to learn about getting things done smarter, or at least that's what I thought.
I definitely feel that most of us have areas where we need to improve and learn to be more efficient. When I began to read the book, however, I discovered that it's not quite something that I could get into. Dr. Hardt has patented a brain wave neuro-feedback technology (which sounds a lot like biofeedback to me), and this book is about the benefits of that technique. Continue Reading |
