I love their commercials! That jingle is VERY catchy! : ] I actually like it though -- it's not annoying like most commercials.

I have recently tried them. I had never purchased a home product such as carpet before. I was very nervous about having a company name like Empire handle my carpet installation, but they were fantastic. The sales representative was on time, professional and friendly. They did not hassle me about other products and services and they helped me select the product best suited for my needs. I have a dog that just had puppies and I was concerned about pet damage.
As well, the installers were on time and finished the job quickly and professionally! I am so impressed with the service that I received. I give Empire my highest recommendation to anyone shopping for carpet.
