I'm a big believer in the importance of rest. No matter what your business obligations are, sometimes it's a good idea to just a break away from your routine and give yourself some time to clear your head.
Rest provides us with the following advantages:
- Fresh Perspective - Stepping away from the daily grind can allow you to return with a fresh perspective.
- Energy Booster - Rest can be an energy booster. The more energy that you have, the more efficient you can be.
- Health Benefits - There can be health benefits related to reducing your stress when you rest.
- Relationship Builder - Taking a break from your business can help you focus your energies on your relationships with those who are close to you.
Anyway, rest is how I intend to spend the next week. However, I'm not going to leave you without any Work From Home Momma posts to read. I've asked four of my favorite bloggers to fill in as guest authors this week.
