I think that it's an excellent question that every home business owner should take the time think about.
Here are five areas that are usually covered by "bosses." Home business owners should make sure that every one of this is taken care of:
- Career and job training
- Goals and mission statement
- Efficient scheduling of projects
- Provide motivation
- Keep your compensation competitive
