For some small business owners, there may be a seasonal slowdown as companies come to the end of their budget or purchasing agents go on vacation.
For other small business owners this may be their busiest time of the year. This can be true for small businesses that market items that can be used as gifts. In fact, the craft boom blog has a list of 15 Quick & Easy Holiday items to sell in your Craft Business.
If you think that your business will be slowing down for the holidays, make sure that you have enough savings to get you through the slow period. This might be an excellent time to schedule downtime.
If this is your busiest time of the year, make sure that you are ready. Have extra supplies and even extra workers on hand to meet the increased demand. (You can take a break after the holidays, once things return to normal.)
What about you? Will your business increase or slow down during the holidays?

You do have many holidays in the US. Germany will be affected just by one: Xmas. :) (and the New Year, of course)
I actually planned all my tasks carefully and I will be free between Christmas and New Year. The question is: would I be able to come back in force next year? LOL.
