I found a comprehensive article for dealing with change over at Escape from Cubicle Nation. The article was even more powerful to me given the fact that the author was herself on the brink of one of life's great changes (having a new baby) as she wrote it.
The truth is that there's a lesson that can be learned from each and every experience that we face. The trick is figuring out exactly what that lesson is.
So, the next time you face a change in life or in business (and you will face a change) ask yourself: what can I learn from this? In fact, write the lesson learned down if you have to in order to remember it. The important thing is to grow from the experience of change.
What about you? Do you think change always leads to growth? Why, or why not?

I agree that change is a learning experience, including changes we don't seek out. Maybe that's why we get wiser, as we get older. We do, don't we? ;)
