My feed readers know that I reported on a radio station for moms a few months ago, the Work at Home Moms Talk Radio show.
Well, there's now another radio show out there that WAHMs might also be interested in. Technically speaking, this one is geared towards all freelancers, not just work-at-home moms. I'm talking about the new freelance radio program available at FreelanceSwitch.
I listened to the first episode of freelance radio this week and was pleased with what I heard. The freelance radio podcast is in the format of a panel discussion between experienced freelancers. The "radio program" is well organized and informative. Notably and thankfully missing are the advertisements that have plagued other online radio shows. (I did note one plug for a sponsor.) ![]()
- A discussion on the importance of contracts
- Marketing and network tips
- A site review
- Personal freelancing experiences from the panel
The show was moderated by John Brougher (JohnBrougher.com).
One word of caution: this is a somewhat lengthy radio show and it will take a bit of time to listen to the whole thing. So, you may want to wait until you have a bit of time before you start listening.
What about you? What are your favorite resources for freelancers?

My favorite freelance resource would have to be Deb Ng's Freelance Writing Jobs. Bringing in second would be freelancewriting.com.
