
Listed among the political stars, corporate stars, media moguls, and even heirs to power, is the story of Rosalia Mera (number 76 on Forbes magazine's 100 most powerful women list). Rosalia's story jumped out at me because she rose to power as a result of a home-based business that she and her husband founded. You can read Rosalia's story at Forbes magazine.
What does Rosalia's success mean for home-based business owners and work-at-home moms?
It means that what starts small doesn't necessarily need stay small. Of course, Rosa wasn't the first home business owner to succeed on a grander scale and she won't be th last. With enough talent and imagination home business owners can succeed on a grander scale, if they desire.
