Since I had recently covered the Work at Home Moms Talk Radio show I just had to check out "our" TV station too.
I have to say, I am pleased with what I found. MomMe TV is part of social networking site that gives moms a platform on which to create their own video blogs to share with other moms.
The video blogs are arranged into "channels." There are nineteen different channels with topics ranging from Baby TV, Breastfeeding TV, and Teen TV to Health & Fitness TV. There is even a channel on Fashion & Style TV!
As the Work From Home Momma blogger of course I had to check out the Work-at-Home TV Channel. At that channel I found a half dozen well-made mommy video blog entries on topics ranging from ""Me" Time - We Need It" to "Career or Stay at Home."
Each video that I watched was under five minutes long with no commercial interruptions. I was impressed by the professionalism of the mommy video blogs. Each video blogger was articulate, made good eye contact, and seemed well organized.
I think that MomMe TV is a great idea with great potential. These videos are just the right length to hold my interest, but not so long that they are a major interruption in my day. I'd even consider making a mommy video myself. I'll be returning to this site.
What do you think? Have you made a mommy video online? If you have, leave a comment and tell me about it.
