Now, I don't typically promote surveys on Work From Home Momma. That's because a lot of surveys are just for entertainment. I feel that most of you are here to share and learn about working from home and I want to deliver that information to you. (Let me know if I'm wrong.)
I think that this survey is different, though. This will give us objective answers to questions like "how much do other freelancers earn" and "how much should I charge for my services?" This is real information that we can use if we need to make a decision; like determining whether or not to raise our rates. The accuracy of the survey depends on how many participants they can get. That's why I think that you should take a ten-minute break (that's all the time it takes to fill out the survey form) from your latest project and answer the questions.
Oh, before I close the post, I should also mention that FreelanceSwitch will draw prizewinners from among the participants in the survey. (One of the prizes includes something that tops my current wishlist: a Nintendo Wii!)
Took the survey a few weeks ago. Now I'm excited to learn about the results.
