Basically, you would be supporting their sales and operations staff working closely with the CEO of the company.
You must live within a 30 minute drive of Berkeley and if you have any experience owning or caring for pets they consider that a major plus.
The pay is $11-13 an hour and you must work a minimum of 20 hours per week and commit to a minimum of one year. You will be able to work remotely from your home only being required
to attend monthly meetings.
Of course, you must have a computer with Internet connection and they also require you to have a reliable car to transport marketing material as well as a clean space in which to store them.

We are seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to support our Sales and Operations staff. Tasks include entering new franchise leads into Salesforce.com contact management database; emailing and mailing promotional materials; bulk emailing scheduled communications; working with vendors to negotiate, order, pickup and store marketing materials; packing and shipping marketing materials requested by franchisees; answering marketing material support questions; update spreadsheet information each month; setting up franchise websites using a template solution; and conduct various online research and support projects as needed. You will work closely with the CEO of the company.
You must be a real go getter, friendly, personable, detail oriented, able to multi-task, responsible, mentally alert, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team with others. Strong phone, internet and data entry skills are required. You must have your own computer with internet connection, a reliable car to transport marketing materials, as well as clean space to store marketing materials. You must live within a 30 minute drive of Berkeley. Experience owning and/or caring for pets is a major plus.
Pay is $11-13 per hour, and this is a contractor job that requires a minimum of 20 hours per week of your involvement. This is a long-term job with room to grow as we are growing fast. We require a minimum of a one year commitment to work with us. Additionally, you will be able to work remotely from your home with only monthly office meetings required in our Berkeley office.
