You gotta love it when women speak up and speak their mind! No really! Especially in the workplace. Women can feel at times that they aren't unique. The women in this Newsweek.com article are wonderful examples of how you can be whomever you choose to be.
These ladies didn't let themselves be pigeonholed. They set goals, showed determination, and made their own way. This is the kind of drive it takes to work from home. Most work from home jobs are not going to be advertised they are going to be created.
Recently I was approached by a company that wanted to know more about how to take their office virtual. They felt it was time for their company to make the transition. It is a growing trend but you have to be looking for opportunities in order to find them and not just looking in the want ads. Approach companies that you are interested in or that have the potential to fit a work from home strategy and see what they say. It can't hurt and it might just get you exactly what you are looking for.

Love your blog and its enthusiasm. Can you give me some suggestions as to how I can set myself up to receive payments over the Internet for services rendered. I'm just getting started. Thanks.
