According to this WashingtonPost.com article there is an outbreak of E-coli in bagged spinach with 11 cases (the second highest amount of cases in the states reporting) in Utah, which is where I live. What does this have to do with working from home? Nothing, except for me personally.
One of my favorite lunches (which I can just whip up quick in my kitchen and not have to try to prepare, transport to work, transfer to the smelly office fridge where someone else might mistake it as their's and then eat it -because I work from home!) is spinach salad with tuna fish, cranraisins, almonds, and all the other tomato, cucumber and salad greens fixins.
In fact, I went grocery shopping yesterday and almost bought a bag of fresh spinach so I could make my salad when I decided to try something new for awhile. Whew!! Dodged the bullet!
