Do you really need to pay for any special kit or training to sell on eBay Inc. (EBAY)? I was sent this email link telling me I can get the normally $19.95 Online Auction Starter Kit for free! It is a limited time offer and of course to ship it to me they need my address, email addy, phone number, and first born child.
Okay, I guess they don't want my kid but hey! they are definitely going to act like a kid once they get the info from me--pester, pester, and bug! Solicitation calls, junk snail and email....you get the picture.
In order to sell on eBay you need to read through all the tips and step-by-step instructions they provide on their Web site and maybe ask around to a couple of sellers for some tips from the trenches. Do your homework-just don't rely on some scammer site to give you anything worth the hassle you will get in return.
Oh wait!!! As I was writing this and exited their site I got this in a IM pop up window. It begins already!!!
Lisa Says: Hey wait! We hate to see you go without taking advantage of the FREE Online Auction kit... So, just this once we'd like to offer you an ADDED BONUS of $250 in FREE products!
