Too Much For Too Little?

In your search for legitimate work from home jobs and other work from home opportunities you are going to come across alot of sites that look like the one below.

If you are new to the Internet you might not realize that alot of these sites are set up specifically to get your personal information so you can be flooded with calls, letters, and spam emails that will ply you with requests for even more info or ask you to buy their latest gizmo, gadget or get-rich-quick scheme.

What's my point?

No legitimate company that is looking to hire you either as an employee or independent contractor is going to ask you for this info without even telling you who they are and what they do. Not one. Prove me wrong.

(I haven't provided a full screen shot or link to this site so that I won't promote their efforts but you can get the gist of what they are asking you for from the partial screen shot!)

There are so many scams out there, especially in the work from home categories. People need to be smart and do a little research before they freely give out their personal information.

Thanks for the article.

Angela,

Too true. A little bit of research can go a long way. Thanks for your comment.
