I have been working on the certifications for West Inc. and their project client, a national pizza chain and all I can say is gee whiz! There are at least 15 training and certifications listed in my to do check off list and the first one took about 30 minutes to do.
Keep in mind this is all unpaid and if I understand correctly, since they don't really explain any of this fully, you will never be paid for any of the training or certifications that you need to complete in order to work for their contracted clients.
It will be very valuable to finish these trainings so I can get to work and find out if it is financially beneficial and if you can recoup that training time. It would seem they are working with this particular client for the long haul so maybe there won't be a lot of shifting of projects but if there were it might end of not being worth it at all.
